About Redux Rehab

Run by the people who do the work

Redux Rehab is led by its two directors: Andrew Ellis, an AHPRA registered physiotherapist with a decade across occupational rehabilitation and workers compensation, and David Parkinson, an ESSA accredited exercise physiologist with more than twenty years in exercise physiology and workplace rehabilitation. When you refer to Redux, the directors do the work.

Our services follow SIRA's workplace rehabilitation framework and the principles of the Health Benefits of Good Work: the right work, at the right time, is part of recovery.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you need SIRA approval to provide CTP rehabilitation?

No. SIRA approval applies to workplace rehabilitation providers in the NSW workers compensation scheme. CTP rehabilitation services do not require that approval, and Redux Rehab delivers CTP rehabilitation now. Our workers compensation approval (Same Employer stream) is in progress with SIRA.

Who can refer to Redux Rehab?

Insurers and case managers, employers, treating doctors and practitioners, and workers themselves. Use the referral form, call (02) 8001 6553 or email info@reduxrehab.com.au. We acknowledge every referral within one business day.

What does Same Employer workplace rehabilitation mean?

It means we help injured workers recover at work and return to safe, suitable duties with their existing employer. We work with the worker, the employer, the treating doctor and the insurer to plan and step up duties in line with the certificate of capacity.

Which areas do you cover?

We service New South Wales, based in southern Sydney, with worksite visits by arrangement and telehealth options where appropriate.

What does a referral cost?

CTP services are billed to the insurer in line with the applicable scheme fee arrangements, and workers compensation services will be billed the same way once our SIRA approval is granted. There is no cost to the worker.

Ready to make a referral?

We accept referrals from insurers, employers, treating practitioners and workers across NSW, and we acknowledge every referral within one business day.
