What happens next

Within one business day: we acknowledge the referral and ask for anything missing.
Within two business days: we confirm suitability either way, and on acceptance we contact the worker and schedule the initial assessment.
After assessment: the initial report, with findings, barriers and a recommended plan, reaches the insurer within ten business days of first worker contact.
