About Redux Rehab

A dedicated NSW workplace rehabilitation provider

More than thirty years of combined clinical and occupational rehabilitation experience, and a simple promise: experienced consultants do the work, and a director stays accountable for it.

Who we are

Redux Rehab Pty Ltd is a dedicated NSW workplace rehabilitation provider, approved by SIRA in the Same Employer stream. We do one thing: we plan and coordinate recovery at work for injured workers, and we keep every party moving in the same direction while we do it.

Our consultants are degree qualified allied health professionals, registered with AHPRA or accredited with ESSA, with backgrounds spanning physiotherapy, exercise physiology, senior rehabilitation consulting and workplace health and safety advisory work. Between them they bring more than thirty years across occupational rehabilitation, workers compensation and clinical practice, on every side of the scheme: treating, assessing, planning and advising employers.

How we work

  • Director led. Every referral is worked by an experienced rehabilitation consultant, with a director personally accountable for it.
  • Evidence based. Our approach follows SIRA's workplace rehabilitation framework, the biopsychosocial model and the Health Benefits of Good Work consensus: safe work is part of recovery, not a reward at the end of it.
  • Straight communication. Workers get plain language. Referrers get honest reporting, on time. Everyone gets the same story.
  • Governed properly. Privacy, conflict of interest management, quality review and complaint handling are documented, live systems, not shelf documents.

SIRA approval

Redux Rehab was approved by SIRA as a workplace rehabilitation provider (Same Employer stream) on 20 July 2026. CTP rehabilitation services are also available.

Ready to make a referral?

Insurers and case managers refer workers to us, and employers, treating practitioners and workers can ask for workplace rehabilitation. We acknowledge every referral within one business day, and every program runs on the worker's signed consent and the insurer's approval.
