Keep your people connected to work while they recover

An injured worker who stays connected to the workplace recovers faster and returns sooner. We give you the plan, the duties and the support to make that happen safely.

How we help employers

  • Suitable duties, found together: we walk your site, understand the real tasks and identify duties that fit the certificate rather than inventing busywork.
  • A plan everyone signs: worker, doctor, insurer and you, all working from the same recovery at work plan with staged upgrades.
  • The doctor conversation: we give treating doctors a concrete picture of your workplace and duties, which is what turns cautious certificates into confident ones.
  • Prevention: ergonomic assessments and task redesign for workers reporting early discomfort, before it becomes a claim.

Why recovery at work matters

The evidence behind the Health Benefits of Good Work is consistent: long absence from work is itself a health risk, and early, safe return supports both recovery and mental health. Good recovery at work programs protect your worker, your team and your premium at the same time.

FAQ

Common questions

What does workplace rehabilitation cost an employer?

For CTP claims, rehabilitation services are billed to the insurer under the scheme, and the same will apply to workers compensation claims once our SIRA approval is granted. Employer funded services, such as preventative ergonomic assessments, are quoted upfront with no surprises.

A worker has been certified with some capacity. What now?

That certificate is an opportunity. We help you identify safe suitable duties, document them so the treating doctor can endorse them, and plan the step ups. Workers who recover at work do better, and claims cost less.

Can you help us before an injury becomes a claim?

Yes. Early discomfort reports, ergonomic reviews and task redesign are far cheaper than claims. Talk to us early.
