CTP rehabilitation, available now

For people injured on NSW roads, we provide assessment, recovery planning and return to work support under the CTP scheme. No SIRA workplace rehabilitation approval is required for CTP work, and we deliver it today.

What we provide under CTP

  • Initial rehabilitation assessments with clear, structured reports for insurers.
  • Recovery planning that coordinates treatment, capacity and daily life demands.
  • Return to work planning and employer liaison where work is affected.
  • Functional capacity evaluation where objective evidence is needed.
  • Case conferences with treating practitioners and insurers to keep recovery moving.

Our experience

Redux Rehab delivers CTP rehabilitation services now, including initial assessments and ongoing rehabilitation coordination for motor accident claims referred by CTP insurers. Reports are structured around what claims teams need: clear findings, honest prognosis commentary and specific recommendations with timeframes.

Good to know: SIRA approval applies to workplace rehabilitation providers in the workers compensation scheme. It is not required for CTP rehabilitation services, which is why these services are available from us today while our workers compensation approval progresses.
FAQ

Common questions

Who pays for CTP rehabilitation?

The CTP insurer, under the NSW motor accident scheme. There is no cost to the injured person for insurer approved rehabilitation services.

Can you help someone whose injuries affect both work and home life?

Yes. CTP rehabilitation looks at the whole person: work demands, home and caring responsibilities, driving, and daily function. Plans cover what recovery actually requires, not just the workplace.

How fast can you see a CTP referral?

Referrals are acknowledged within one business day and we aim to complete initial contact and scheduling inside the week.

Ready to make a referral?

We accept referrals from insurers, employers, treating practitioners and workers across NSW, and we acknowledge every referral within one business day.
