Your recovery, with someone in your corner

Being injured at work or on the road is stressful, and the claims system can feel like a second job. Our role is to guide you through it and build a recovery plan around you.

What working with us looks like

  • We listen first. Your first appointment is about understanding you: your injury, your job, your worries and what matters to you.
  • Plain language. Certificates, suitable duties, insurer processes: we explain what everything means and what happens next.
  • A plan you agree to. Nothing goes in your recovery at work plan without you. You see everything that is sent about you, and your consent drives the process.
  • A safe pace. Duties and hours step up in line with what your doctor certifies, never ahead of it.

Why work is part of recovery

It sounds backwards, but the research is strong: staying connected to work, in a safe and suitable way, actually helps most people recover. A long time away from work tends to make pain, mood and confidence worse. Getting the balance right is the whole craft, and it is what we do.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I have to pay for anything?

No. Rehabilitation services under workers compensation and CTP are paid by the insurer. There is never a cost to you.

Will you share my private health information with my employer?

No. Your employer receives what they need to support your recovery at work, such as your certified capacity and agreed duties, not your clinical information. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and we explain it to you in person too.

What if I do not feel ready to go back?

Tell us. Fear about re-injury, pain or how you will be treated at work is common and it is part of what we help with. Plans move at a safe pace, agreed with your doctor, and you are involved in every decision.

Can I choose my own physiotherapist or doctor?

Yes. Your treating team is your choice. Our role is to coordinate your recovery at work, not to replace your treatment providers.
